I randomly black out throughout the day

I never experienced the feeling of blacking out but i have a lot of experience with dissociation or derealization etc

As soon as I go outside I get brutal headaches, occasionally my eyes close themselves and for like a split second I see the tint of grey you'd see on one of those retro tv's when one would change the channel.
