My face was debloated but one day I barely drank any water and during that week i had consumed less potassium than I had consumed sodium, after that day my face had gotten very bloated in a day and I had lost most of my angularity, my angularity while I was debloat was around an 8 and now my angularity is around a 6.5, I was also very stressed out back then but now im not stressed. For the past 1.5 week ive been locked in with my diet and water intake but the bloat isnt seeming to go. I really need help please.

Ive been consuming bananas watermelons and ive been drinking a lot of water and my sodium intake is low as well my na:k is probably very good but its not working bro I really need help

Just because u said "pls" :feelshmm:

1. Calculate your sodium intake and adjust potassium
2. Add Magnesium (i usually do 600mg)

3. Fix ur diet, if it isnt going away there must be something wrong in the diet
4. How many kcal a day do you take? (Not relevant but curious)

thanks my potassiu is around 3.5g and my sodium is around 1g
ill add magnesium
My diet is good now ive removed friend and junk food from it
I eat around 2500 kcal a day

Excessive potassium might give you the opposite effect.
Keep in mind that to make it perfect you should take notes of everytime you eat how much you eat and how much salt contains what you ate and from there calculate how much sodium for each eating session :soy: (Breakfast-Lunch-Dinner). The goal here is to piss (water) so y drink drink drink and drink (or stop drinking and u'll eventually be sick BUT debloated :feelsgood:) .also i do not think its bloating it might even just be fat idk.
