That seems like an expensive procedure. Idk If I’ll do that. Big risk it gets botched too. Also my lips do meet at rest, for some reason I just have them slightly open in that pic.

Jaw surgery done right on the right people is always an upgrade.

But if you find it too expensive fair and alright.
It would likely solve your dorsal hump and make your chin looks the way you want though
