So I measured myself in the gym today after working out for months, aswell as doing the lifted seat cycling method. 1 year ago I was exactly 6ft 2/4 morning height. Now I am 6'1 on the dot morning height. My posture has also changed as I had a really bad pelvic tilt which I fixed from barbell rows, also I am feeling taller. I am no longer a short king.
