I reached 6'1

So I measured myself in the gym today after working out for months, aswell as doing the lifted seat cycling method. 1 year ago I was exactly 6ft 2/4 morning height. Now I am 6'1 on the dot morning height. My posture has also changed as I had a really bad pelvic tilt which I fixed from barbell rows, also I am feeling taller. I am no longer a short king.

I'd say 6'0 isn't a manlet height it's above average. At 6'2, life gets a bit easier, and at 6'4-6'5. life is on easy mode.

6’3+ in the US, 6’4+ in Northern Europe idk about anywhere else. Anything under in those places is not ideal and if it starts with 5 it’s more than over
