I realized no hormone is gonna save me

i saw my old friend yesterday, he used to be a little shorter than me. but yesterday he came back in front of me being 10-15cm taller than me, in just 8 months.

All he did was eating unhealthy, sleeping less, no cardio and a lot of exam stress. While i maintained a healthy life style this whole time.

All the hormonemaxxing methods are cope, no hormone gonna save your ass. GeneticPill...
