It doesn't matter much I push myself in the gym my body remains the same. I still have fat on my lower belly, love handles & face. I'd be too embarrassed to even strip naked while seeing an escort tbh. It's weird since parts of my body are quite muscular like my legs, biceps, triceps & pecs.

I wouldn’t stress. Your problem is one thing that humans have the greatest control over.

is dnp worth it?
yeah it just makes you realy hot (i turned the ac down 8 degrees :forcedsmile:) and to loose a lot of weight you still have to starve but then you loose weight like twice as fast. but you sweat a lot waking up sucks your in a pool of sweat even with a fan unless you turn the ac way way down

thats at like 250-600 tho, dont take more then 400 every day prob i only took 500 for like 2 days it builds up.

sema/reta + starve + low dose dnp (200-300) is prob best and easiest tho

i was in the same position as you and did a full body recomp so now i weigh the same as i did last year (around 160lbs) but lost a lot of fat and put on muscle
eat 3 meals a day and avoid snacking unless it’s something below 100 calories like an apple or something
once i stopped binge eating i realized how easy it was to lose weight

controlling binge eating desires is so hard though. i am a dopamine monkey. anytime the thought of doing something enters my head i just do it whether its eating, jerking off, or buying something. i wish i had a higher iq so i could control myself more.

I'll stick to breakfast, lunch & dinner. I do more weights than cardio in the gym which is supposed to help too. Since I changed my breakfast from toast to oatmeal I have lost weight as well.

This is just despicable levels of cope. Also bear in mind that body fat more about your diet than your exercise routine
