Some people in the group genuinely just want to mock you for the very reason you joined—because you're unattractive. You tell them you're trying to improve, and instead of offering advice, they do everything they can to make fun of you...

You don't deserve ascend if you belittle others because of their appearance.

They are just insecure since they are ugly themselves or else they wouldn't feel the need to bully others for something mostly outside of their control.
