People doing surgeries and you get to follow along the journey in the hardmaxx ascensions. Holy i would look so hard. Right now its mostly girls doing it but it would be hella funny if more guys did. And it was more brutal hardmaxxes you got to follow along.

I also think its a good ooppurtunity to go viral and maybe earn good money for more hardmaxxes. even if you get botched you can probably play with it

I mean you can do planning vids and stuff too, surgery day vids, 3 days post op, 7 days post op , 14 day post op, 1 month, 2 month, 3 month. You can do infite ammount of vids just talking about it

We need people in bioengineering and biotech to talk more “looksmaxxing” and what I mean by that is future enhancement tech like bone scaffolds, bioelectric signaling, even really speculative stuff like nanotech
