I really need help.

So yeah I am a premolar extraction victim and the last few years have been fucking awful because of how short my mandible and recessed my upper jaw is. So I need some help in dms finding out what surgery would suit me best. Maybe explain so I get a more understanding of my bad sides, how my face is structured etc. Most importantly find out what surgical procedure(s) I need in

I couldn't explain too much to you because I'm not an expert, but what I am sure of is that what you need (if your jaw was already decent before) It is an implant to cover that tooth and with habits you can recover your mandibular projection. If not, I think double jaw surgery is your best option.
