Prescription pills mix suicide method has a quire low success rate. That page on lostallhope that showed the list of lethality % chance by method i don't remember exactly for prescription pills mix although I remember it was quite low. Even narcotic pills mix were low .

Guns? Impossible to get access.
Poison? Cyanide? Impossible to source

You could name ANY method and it would always have too many errors, either Impossible to get access to the tools needed or low fatality chance or something that's impossible to do because it requires extreme low inhibition (jump from height or train , intresting thing about jump from height btw it only had 73 % success rate.
