I really regret going on anti biotics for acne I think it made it much worse.

Went on them at like 16-17 they worked very well. For 2-3 years but stopped working and gave me some side effects everyday I felt sick for 30 minutes after taking it.

Now the anti biotics stopped working and my acne is worse then at 16 no anti bacteria cleansers work I think it just made my acne more resistent to any anti bacteria type treatments. Seriously looks like my face is infected and now anti biotics in general don't work on it

Also after doing more research it likely fucked my gut health up long term which is useful for having good bacteria

try some of the gut cleansers foids make online like apple cider vinegar smoothies or like acacia weedgrass, just look up on yt jfl
