Youngcels reading this, start asap. The fact that i would be way closer to my goals if i worked my ass out for 1.5 hour for 4 days a week instead of quitting to ldar at 15 eats me alive...

This site worsened me because of how much of a time-suck it is. I have spent more a couple of thousands of hours on this site, and gained barely anything from it. I know the fault is mine.

Yeah but i just wanted to warn people younger than me that struggle with working out because of laziness since i started being consistent very late and thus started getting the dopamine of having a better body kind of late too

I think training when your body is developing like 12 to 23 yo can have long lasting effects on size, strenght and specially athleticism compared to starting training at like 30

I agree. Cant be a coincidance that theres not a single arm wrestler that began the sport at a young age that doesnt have mogger wrists and hands

before you mention jeff seid, zzyzz, connor murphy, and all the other "good" looking fitness influencers, they are famous because they have good genetics. Tall, good bone density and just decided to lift.

I just like the idea of being somewhat bigger without looking fat. Doing it for the presence benefits would also be "for yourself" since youre the one who gets the social benefits

problem is you should focus on bone health and more important health factors and i guarntee once those are up to par you will feel so good and not want to do that gett bigger crap

Didn't have enough test so it was pointless and risky and a massive waste of time
