A real ascension should only take 2-3 months.

I wish someone just told me lean is law.

I’ve been looksmaxxing for a year now and haven’t been sub 12% bf. That’s all it is to ascend. 11% bf and congrats you’ve completed 8/10 of looksmaxxing.

I will be Chadlite in August.
