I added about 20 mins of straight running + about 30 mins of playing basketball. It’s been harder for me to stay as motivated for these types of workouts and I find my self really not wanted to do them I usually just did strength training and focusing on the things I need to improve but I’m also tryin to lose weight and I feel like cardio will help a lot but I need help staying motivated
it’s stupid I think I need it tho so ima try to stick with it
