I recently added cardio to my workout routine

I added about 20 mins of straight running + about 30 mins of playing basketball. It’s been harder for me to stay as motivated for these types of workouts and I find my self really not wanted to do them I usually just did strength training and focusing on the things I need to improve but I’m also tryin to lose weight and I feel like cardio will help a lot but I need help staying motivated

youve been missing out on an easy lm if you started doing cardio sooner

Ur killing all your gains
 
There's no benefit just unnecessary stress on ur body like if you wanna get lean just eat less
But it’s a good way to burn calories? To keep my diet in check I have to work out a certain amount and cardio is the least amount of time consuming with the most amount of calories burnt
