20 now and my life is so empty. All I do nowadays is doomscroll, play master duel and sleep. It’s always been like that tbh. I never had a proper life going at all

Trauma doesn't exist and past events don't dictate future and present outcomes, the only person you have to blame for where you are in life right now is yourself. Because fundamentally humans do whatever they want and self rationalize their decisions later on.
