Every action of mine is followed by instant regret. It’s odd. Before the action is done, I don’t feel bad about it. The second the action is complete, I am overcome with regret.
So either I don’t act on my urges and suffer or I act on my urges and feel satisfied for a millisecond then I feel guilty forever after.
