I regret getting a keratine treatment

Basically a few months ago I got a keratine treatment to loosen my curly hair

I still have curls but I realize it was stupid af to do because I litteraly could've just put some effort into styling my hair


It's still curly just slightly looser like I went from 3c to 3a, I could've saved 100 dollars by just adding an extra 10 minutes to a morning routine and cutting my hair myself

I do like the way it looks now but I've seen so many people just put curl cream and moisturizer and get what I got in a few minute

I got fucking scammed brah

I get where you're coming from, but no

Curl cream itself doesn't even make your hair curlier it's just a sort of very thick butter like substance that holds your hair in place

It's basically just healthier gel so if you apply to your hair when it's wet aka looser it will hold the shape of it when wet

you're supposed to scrunch the gel when it dries

Same with curl cream but you can just finger coil and stretch your hair for a looser appearance

im thinking of doing exactly what u did. i have 3c hair and i want 3a looser curls. is there a way to get 3a looser curls without getting keratin?
