I regret not reacting to a kid being bullied

It was the end of the year and there was this kid being humiliated constantly. I actually almost defended the kid, but i didnt do it. I found excuses like "what if the bully had a reason" or "he will stop eventually", but now i think he was a bully just for the fun of it.

I just wish i could fuck his ass, i swear i ll never let that happen again. And i was so close to actually act on it
