Nah genuinely i was 5'7 and depressed ,the sole reason i found this site lol , am 6' now at night and will continue normal life once i reach 6'3 or preferably 6'4 by next year , also i reversed by balding and recession and i have pics too, by learning from this site , my actual goal was 6' but this site gave me height insecurity
