I tried to make him approach but he kept saying "I've lost it man, I can't do it anymore" "I've lost my aura I can't talk to girls anymore" "I don't have it anymore"

He probably knows internally he's too ugly and it would be a waste of time, but is too chicken shit to admit that.

normie/average looks is too ugly for cold approach to work. I've done hundreds of approaches and been in a group of many different guys that all did hundreds/thousands of approaches and studied every strategy of game obsessively. Cold approach (during the day) does not work unless you at least Chadlight.

Cold approach during the night at bars/clubs can work for normies who have game, in certain conditions, but that's different.

You gotta be good looking for it to work. I had good success with cold approach (back before when I used to approach) because im good looking. I got my first gf through cold approach
