I was on track to getting a 1st class honors (the highest possible grade in the UK) in business . On my final dissertation I was trying to perfect it and asked my lecturer what can I do better when conducting interviews.

He said "there's no point you are small and brown, no one will want to talk to you".

He became passive aggressive after and refused to answer my emails so had to figure it all out on my own, he would also just stare around the room when I was talking to him and give me short abrupt answers. He also marked my dissertation down on things that were not even true.

I was a bluepilled aspie back then and didn't comprehend what was happening or how it would unfold.

Only looking at it now retrospectively I see it crystal clear I should of reported it and demanded another dissertation supervisor. I could of saved my first class.
