With help of @afroheadluke, @Greypiller, and @Atra, we finally decided to put an end to this. The only way this situation can
be resolved if we reported him to his local police department legally. After all the damage he has done to users here,
and involving himself in the illegal acts at such a young age, I am proud to have done this.​
