I literally cannot ever imagine doing it. I would rather die than to raise another persons child. The worst part of adopting is that no matter how much time, effort, money, and love you give to the child, they will always grow up with an identity crisis and will never see you as their true parent. You will never become accepted by the kid, which is both tragic and infuriating. They will spend their time looking for their biological crackhead parent(s) and want to reconnect with them instead.
I will never in a million years do it. Respect to those that have found the will for living a life as adoptive parents though
