it's easy looksmaxxing is easy especially softmaxxing

But people overcomplicate everything by focusing on copes and things that may or may not work (thumbpulling etc etc) focus on what works

It definitely makes a difference

For example RTT alone would get you ahead of most men you know what I mean it's as simple as that
Hardmaxxing you have to be a bit more educated so you know exactly what you need to do but its not that hard either to understand

l hope im going in college in 2 months and about job its my father's store and he pays me to help him and he gives me only 500-600 month and all that money goes on hgh

Might be strange or useless advice but if you’ve been a NEET for 5 years just start living outside. Literally just spend the whole day outside only come back to sleep and eventually you may come across something that could change everything

If you won’t kill yourself and can’t give up yet it’s still over then it’s just better to live life spontaneously, something could happen
