I save hate threads against India, and read them everyday in the morning. This way I will cultivate a hatred for foreigners. I have tried to include comments from all nationalities to become racist against every type of ethnicity. Tribalism is a good thing. My parents live in a touristy place so it gets quite a lot of foreigners. I am slowly building up hate against them, whenever I visit my parents.
