i used braces once and i intend to use them again (they bent again)

that's why they bent, but im going back to wearing braces and using a retainer after they're straight

Can braces turn inwards grown/bent teeth completely straight? My smile legit looks narrow as fuck despite having a normal/wide palate because the teeth are not straight.

my tooth had become completely straight, but it became crooked due to not always wearing the retainer, my smile is narrow too and it's probably narrow because my teeth aren't completely straight.

If I can fix it with bracers that would be lifefuel. How long do you have to wear them for? I assume I won't be getting too much action as a guy in his 30s with bracers.

i stayed with him for 3/4 years, you're never too old to start using braces.

i started wearing braces at a young age because my family is obsessed with perfect teeth
 
You should expand your palate/arch and get some teeth contouring or dental composites to get a normal smile.
