I saw a vouyer on the subway

This mf was standing there recording some chicks ass who was standing there. This mf had his strategy down honestly only reason I noticed was because I was in his blind spot and saw his phone record her. But from the front he just looked like he was using his phone.

Should I have said something ? It’s a pretty creepy thing but I’d rather not get involved in things that don’t concern me
