I saw some bitch buying a book about Ted Bundy

I usually order my shit but today I felt vibrant and went into the store (book shop) so I'm holding my Napoleon biography and waiting for that bitch to end up her transaction when all of a sudden I see that she's buying a book about Ted Bundy (The Phantom Prince) so while waiting because they're both women and slow I crack a joke that he died at the end. She's laughing and a bit embarrassed since it is kind of weird to buy such a book. We keep talking and she's clearly heavily into True crime but when I got out of the store it hit me.

First time in years I went into a book shop and the first transaction I see is a bitch buying a book about a Serial killer. Not about the good guy next door, not about a prince (unless he's a Phantom prince) or a princess. Right, a book about a guy who raped and murdered women in brutal ways. A guy who showed no remorse even with his last words ''Give my love to my family and friends''

Women love blood, killing, and rape stories.

That's what women want. That's what they want to hear about. They want their cortisol spiking all over the place, a rush. They want to read their little book and fantasies that it might happen to them. I don't want that! it's horrible! but, it might be cool. Women don't care about nice guys. TV shows about perfectly good guys doesn't sell. Even superheros has to have some Villain arc in order for the viewers to bound with the character.

TLDR: Nothing new under the sun. Women love blood, killing, and rape stories. They love Ted bundy and they love Richard Ramirez. Muh it's just low class girls, it's just some women! cope. It's your mother, your sister, your crush, and any other female on earth. Peace out.

That's the biggest cope I have ever heard. I mean, it's not new I've heard that plenty of times but jfl if you think she's actually studying him just to be careful. She do that because it's exciting nothing more. That's why they like true crime TV shows too, women are just attracted to it. If she wanted to learn how to be careful she would read actual papers or guide books, familiar herself with common criminals, not reading the psych of a giga rare serial killer.
