I think Chads get tired of the top tier females and they desire true loving relationships. A homely female will probably be much easier for a Chad. Like a golden retriever, she will be loyal and obedient. She wouldn't stray. She would know her place and not be at all demanding. She probably comes with less baggage, and because she knows she could never be a great beauty, she doesn't obsess over her looks as she would age. There's nothing worse than an ageing beauty. It sounds like a cat dying or a balloon slowly leaking air. It ain't pretty when a woman realizes her beauty is fading. With a plain Jane you get none of that.

This is where you're wrong. Handsome man and ugly female can actually produce attractive children. At least the girls will be attractive, since daughters usually get the father's looks.

What you describe does happen sometimes. But it is more probable you are either over rating the guy or under rating the girl. Your weight issues have almost certainly corrupted your visual sense of proportion and you are not accounting adequately for the girl's body in your estimation of her attractiveness.
