I see no improvement in these Before/Afters, what am I missing?

This woman used a facial product for 30 days and did a Youtube video showing Before and After Photos. Hundreds of comments telling her how much better she looks in the after pictures. I do not see any changes, in fact it is rather extraordinary how similar she looks in the before and afters, you would think after 30 days she would have gained or lost a couple lbs and that alone would make a difference. Maybe it is just industrial scale gaslighting.
