I seen a Mini Maher Today

I was walking home from the shop and on the footpath I passed a guy who was shirtless with his shirt wrapped across the back of his shoulders with a backwards baseball cap and sunglasses on while carrying a skateboard and large speaker that was playing what seemed to be hardcore techno

I couldn't see his full face due to the sunglasses but my first impression of him is that he was a mini Maher lookalike
He had no chest muscle so looked about 18 and was around 5'10
