Hello everyone.
Very few of you know how i used to look like by my rating was around chadlite/chad, 5'11 (avg hght im my country is 5'7) and i had wavy medium length hair, peak appeal styled hair.
LIfe started to get hard and things got tough, i wanted to have a period of time to focus on myself so i decided it was time to grab the trimmer and go bald...
I used to think ill of all the guys/pretty boys that shaved thier heads and started gymcelling...
There is literally nothing to gain in terms of looks or appeal by shaving your head, but its not about what you could gain physically, its about what you can gain mentally.
It hasn't been a month yet and ive made a massive change in my physique, i have been an athlete my whole life so when i put alot of effort in a short period i got some of my past gains back and more.
I went back into my boxing gym i took my shirt off and almost all the guys in the gym gathered around me.
They were mirin hard, i felt like i was Zyzz
Asking me how long ive been training for and my nutrition my routine my supplements.....
Making friends was super easy, ive always been a popular one, but this was next level.
I didn't have to approach anyone they were just trying to get to know me.
And people really respect you and try to help you.
A bodybuilder coach who does not even work in our gym was hanging around with our boxing coach, he then went to me and started asking me about how i train and gave me some advice of his own.
It has been crazy the respect and admiration i got from guys even tho my appeal hase decreased alot.
Meanwhile female reactions on the other hand have decreased a bit.
Losing the hair descended me to HTN.... HOWEVER when i go out wearing a tank top i get an intense muscle halo, like crazy halo.
To put it simply: appeal attracts women in an emotional way, but muscle attracts them sexually.
So do what you want with that.
TLDR: be handsome, max appeal and max physique, you will be a man women wanna be with and men want to be like.
