Everything about me says I shouldve been 5'10

My armspan is 184cm, my hands are average, my head is big, my predicted height as a child was 5'10 or above

But everything that couldve gone wrong did go wrong. I was underweight all my childhood and have scoliosis + ATP leaving me at a measly 5'9

It's Lower risk than LL and can't you get it for free in Sweden?
