I have two hard working parents, i have a roof over my head, i have access to water, food, internet etc. and i live in somewhere full of subhumans, I haven’t seen anyone over MTN around my age in years.

I like to complain a lot, but in the end of day, it’s all on me, i see plenty of guys around me have it worse off, they’re subhuman, come from a broken family, are in poverty, etc.

If that were the case, the sub5 would become a sub4, and so on. If all sub5s are killed at birth the once 7.5s become 5s. There's nothing backing up what you said happening, unless in the case of the child being literally deformed, maybe.
