yeah im more talking about how people play unfairly and do the wrong things. i think most leaders incompetent in leading and i have the capabilities most importantly competence to become an effective leader

No, I mean you gotta understand how to talk to people. Successfully engage in the political aspect of working your way to the top of an organization. That's why it's not always the most able person who makes it. Unfortunately politics is always more important than anything else. It will always be that way

Politics is just manipulation period. Manipulating others while building an image/reputation. It precedes leadership. Leadership is what you're thinking of.

Not a politically successful person. What I'm saying is politics is in everything. Being a leader involves politics whether you want to be a manager at McDonald's, head of a prison gang, CEO of investment firm, or the president of the United States. There is a political side to every tier of leadership in every organization. And it's the most important aspect of being a leader.
