I’ve gotten down to like 14% body fat and get absolutely nothing on dating sites and no positive attention from women irl. When I was like 10 pounds overweight I would get at least a match or two on the apps once in a while and some women would actually talk to me. Now absolutely nothing. This proves women don’t give a shit about a man’s self improvement and the they actually hate and resent men who self improve, especially if the man was never a chad to begin with. i am seen as such a try-hard

Unless you've got the underlying bone structure, getting exceptionally lean is virtually pointless.
