Heart problems run in the family

My dads dad has a thing in his heart

My moms dad had a heart attack a while ago

But they still kicking they are in their 70’s

My nebivnol was supposed to arrive but it got seized I’m just on 40mg Telmisartan in the meantime

Now my resting heart rate is in the 80’s



Lowkey contemplating just doing a pct I have enclo on hand

But nah I’ll keep blasting and cruising​
