I am starting a Computer and Math degree.

But I've always thought about going into medicine instead. Not because of job prospects or anything. But because of the amount of rotting you get to do. The degree is 5-6 years in length and you get fully funded

That is so ideal because I want to put off wage slaving for as long as possible. But I am genuinely interested in CompSci and Math. So

I didn’t take a level chemistry and I’m going into Econ and accounting because I’m genuinely interested in it atleast the econ part.
I misread your reply lol yeah I like how med school basically has a defined 5-6 year path before wage slaying. But computer science is the best degree nowadays money wise and job wise but I hate it so much

You do know you can still do Medicine right? You can pay to sit A-level Chemistry as a private candidate. But you will have to pay like £200.

When I was applying, I saw motherfuckers in discords and StudentRoom on their 2nd and 3rd gap years. They refused to go to any uni except for Oxbridge. So they would get rejected, retake A-levels as private candidate, reapply again, etc. lol

Yeah ik bro but I’m not bothered lol I need to gtfo of my house at this point. I’m still interested in my career path and it’s ideal because it only asks for a 2:1 in any degree and a aptitude test to get in through a graduate scheme with good starting salary.
