i sit in a chair with a straight back. is it bad?

is this a bad thing for my posture? i dont rest my back in the top back of my chair, instead i keep the same straight posture as when i am standing still

If the chair is leaned then no just lean your back on it.

too much correct posture is bad because it’s unnatural so just balance it out with sometimes bad posture
