had my day in court today

i legal mogged a professional lawyer who started practicing law in the SAME YEAR I WAS BORN LOL

their strike out application is gone

judge LDAR'd their strike out and essentially says "he gets a claim either way, even if it was stricken out"

the judge agreed with my list of issues ENTIRELY and threw out theirs (and their lawyers charge a few thousand for that JFL )

a small win. i have about 10 more of these for the next year, hopefully they just fucking settle so i can move on with my life
