But i can survive for 4 hours of sleep its a sleeping mutation i have.

ngl i was just like u i had chronic insomnia for like a year straight just recently i fixed it kinda but now i ruined it again
I slept at 3-4 am every day and woke up at 7:30
even though i was waking up this early i always fell asleep that late no effect except for my eye area bud i assure u it might help cause 1 week of sleeping well helped my eye area a lot if u even care for it tho bud

one of the worst thing that you can do to your body, everyone can function with 3-4 hours sleep but it's about quality of that function yeah you can think but is it your best performance? also your body suffers a lot so fix that your sleep should be number one priority

I have a sleeping mutation called SIK3-N783Y look It up its pretty rare
 
do you gymcel? Do your muscles recover at the same rate at 4 hours of rest after working out as a regular person with 8?
