Finally a good nights sleep. I won't do anything this week. I took a week off. Ill go for a run an hour after and then relax th entire day

My job raped my sleep schedule

Brutally ober. I can't sleep. I was up till 3-4 am last night. I am not doing anything next week I already told them I need a break and my boss was fine with it and told me I deserved it and if I wanted I could take another week too

Melatonin just makes u fall asleep. Doesn't give good sleep

Mirtazipine sends me in to a coma but leaves you extremely lethargic the next day

Off in the sense I can do work from home And not come to office. Also no on call duty or rollback fixes and it's been 2 months. I am returning in August.
