i somehow can't ascend?

i don't know if my puberty is about to finish (i'm 16) i i don't know what to do
i'm from southeast asia and i'm around 5'4-5'5, i have a naturally expanded palate, but that's just it
i have a recessed infraorbital rim, i mostly look tired
i have no prior experience in actually softmaxxing, i haven't done anything to its extent
how do i fix this
