Ja I get that dude its normal to feel that esp when life feels a bit stuck. Just dont leave it all up to luck. Even small steps add up if u keep taking them. U dont need to have everything figured out just focus on doing one good thing for urself each dag, whether it going on walks, learning something new or cutting out stuff that exhaust u. The future def gets better when u slowly make it and not wait for it. Keep ur head up, move smart and give it time things really do change when u stay in game I promise brah
