I spend way too much time obsessing over my looks

I think about my looks at least once every 20-30 seconds and that isn't an exaggeration. Been like this for a while and I don't see it stopping anytime soon. I can't imagine being 35 years old with a wife and kids, having a large obsession with looks.

And it's not even just my looks too. Yesterday I spent 30 minutes of valuable time looking for younger pictures of my father, just to see his eye area from when he was younger compared to mine.
