what do i do

ill start going every other day so recommend me a split or some sorta workout

i was thinking of doing push/pull @StarvedEpi told me what exercises to do but how many sets? how many reps? he did not include

Probably best to practice overall form on exercises before you start worrying about a specific workout programme

im 127 pounds
Personally I’d Focus on front delts,triceps, back and chest

If you want someone to really coach then you should @ someone with more experience
 
Any split works for beginners, maybe do a bro split since at first is gonna be sore af. Just google some exercises while in the gym or copy someone, do sets of 4 for each exercise between 8-15 reps, and dont be afraid to use baby weights since you're probably not as strong at first

I already told you in discord dms that doing 4-6 avoids the fatigue that doing higher reps would cause but it seems it went out the other ear

Just take your time there is explanation on how the machine work, and if you don’t feel it take easy lifting weight.

Or just copy dude who using other machine
 
id forgotten, so heavy + low rep count?
yeah seems to be the meta cuz it lowers how much it fatigues you muscle gets with each exercise
