What can I do to Ascend?

I’m 17, 6’3 and severely underweight at 134.5 lbs as of writing. My current plan is to just bulk up over the summer and start going to the gym once i reach 150-155lbs but is there any softmaxxes I can do? and am i too cooked to even be trying? i know i’m an ltn already but can i reach htn...
