A few kids walked in the school bathroom while I was doing my daily chin tucks. I usually do them at home, but I got impatient. Now they probably think I’m a mentally retarded kid and I heard them laughing, fuck this forum for promoting chin tucking. Why did nobody tell me it looks weird and autistic?

Feels bad man. At least my face is not recessed even when chin tucking i can cope. Would a thicker neck make my occiput look better in proper posture ?

I think it definitely would. Look at the insertion of the trapezius muscle - its right below the occiput
