I started Finasteride, minoxidil and RU58841

I am 18yo about norwood 2.5( i have pictures on my profile although now its starting to look a bit better) ive been on minox and ru for 3 weeks now seeing some baby hairs already, and yesterday added finasteride.
Should i do something more? I hope my density improves and i go below norwood 2 tbh, i don't know if i can go back to norwood 1 without a transplant

Nope , Minox + FIn is the gold standard when it comes to hair loss. Since you caught it early you have better chance of recovering to a place where you are happy .

Im thinking of adding dermarolling, but i have half a year worth of RU and worry that it may cause RU get absorber to blood

Derma rolling can be effective marginally with topical min , however you need to change the needles / sterilise each time to avoid infection. Not particularly worth it in my opinion as topical min is good on its own with fin.
